A Silent Moment

Sometimes, colleagues would blame me to stay late at school. Sometimes, students would astonish why I have to work so late at school. Sometimes… times…

Tonight, there is a soccer match between STCC and UC. Mainly male teachers play for it. They run and shout in the court. No so noisy, but feel like a distant calling.

Concentrated on the document, I can turn the speakers at a high volume; I can spread out my paper to work on; I can… I can do a lot with bigger “space”.

Listening to music, a commotion permeates in the air. Players come back. Speaking words interfere the songs, they leave.

All a sudden, the last song of CD ends in the meantime. Everything back to silence.

Interweaven like flashes, thoughts, ideas and feelings about life, living, future, love, family and friends rush in mind. Going ups and downs within seconds, I pray.

It’s not easy to be crystal clear; not easy to be distinguished; not easy to understand…

A question from a good friend long time ago comes up in mind at the moment, i.e. “What do you afraid most in the world?” Frankly, it’s a serious question and “cockroach-liked” something can’t be the answer. Friends, do you know my answer? Have a guess and I will tell you later.

Thoughts are still swirling. Thanks for God’s comfort. Keep praying.

Actress again - friendly invitation

It’s been a long time not to be an actress. Invited by an old friend, I will be on stage again this Saturday and Sunday. Drama rehearsal is really an energy-driving task.

Though I am not so agree with the concept of the play as I am a christian, I enjoy taking part to be the chorus of a “play”. It’s seldom for me to act in an “too-exaggerated” way. The role is funny and interesting, it always make me laugh by the crazy act.

Performance Information

The blog of the play: http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/queuetodie-inlove

The website of the amateur drama group: http://hk.geocities.com/rdtheatre/

All S4-6 members of drama club are welcome since the main theme of the drama is really… really…

It ’s difficult to tell, but really inappropriate for junior form students. For MY students who really want to go, tell me beforehand. I have to assess whether you are “ok” or not.

Leave me messages here.

P.S. There are discounts for tickets.
